Chetwynd: Toton and Chilwell Neighbourhood Plan
I am delighted that residents have voted in favour of the Chetwynd: Toton and Chilwell Neighbourhood Plan. Since being a County Councillor, before being a Member of Parliament, I have recognised the immense value that Neighbourhood Plans bring because it means local decisions made by local people. That is why I have been extremely supportive of this Neighbourhood Plan, I attended the Neighbourhood Plan Consultation Session back in August 2019 (picture below). This Plan is a local decision made by local people for local people.
