After speaking to businesses and constituents in Broxtowe I raised our concern regarding the removal of the 1-hour free parking at Broxtowe Borough Council’s car parks with Broxtowe Borough Council on 22 January 2024 and received a response on 6 March.
On Friday, in the Chamber, I spoke about the issues my constituents are having with the cost and availability of parking in Broxtowe which is likely to have a negative impact on footfall in our town centres and therefore the income of our local businesses.
