I joined Fairfield Spencer Academy in a virtual assembly to mark Parliament Week. I answered questions on: how Parliament works, how you become an MP and what the role entails.

I had another excellent visit to Eskdale School today. I always get a warm welcome there and the children were very enthusiastic about #ParliamentWeek. During the Assembly I was asked lots of questions about being a MP and the pupils were a credit to the teachers and their parents.
