Earlier today I met with Craig Parkin, Chief Fire Officer at Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.
We discussed the issues caused by the recent drought for the Fire Service as well as other challenges the organisation is facing and specifically the support and funding that they need to continue protecting the lives of people here in Broxtowe.
