Stay home. Stay connected. Stay Cyber Aware
Yesterday, the Foreign Secretary condemned the criminals who are trying to exploit the coronavirus pandemic through malicious cyber-attacks, and highlighted work with our allies to counter these threats.
- It is completely unacceptable that malicious cyber actors are targeting those working to overcome the coronavirus pandemic around the world, from experts working on the global health response to hospitals and healthcare systems.
- We are determined to hold these perpetrators to account and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has published advice on how everyone can improve their cyber security. We will also be working closely international partners to combat the threat and deter criminals.
- This behaviour is completely unacceptable and the UK will continue to work hard to defeat to those who wish to exploit this global pandemic for their own malicious ends.
