I went to support a Pétanque unofficial world record attempt!
Neil, a local Pétanque player took part in non-stop Pétanque games between 7 pm Friday and 7 pm Saturday on the 18th and 19th August 2023.
The games raised money for both Rumbletums Café and Kimberley Pétanque, both extremely worthwhile causes. I was honoured to join Neil for the last hour and a half of the games and support his brilliant effort.
