As promised I am hitting the ground running with Kimberley’s Levelling Up Bid. This afternoon I met with the Minister for Levelling Up, Dehenna Davison MP. She emphasised that the ‘Kimberley Means Business Bid’ was a strong application and she offered her support in getting the projects off the ground as soon as possible.
We also discussed the shortlisted bid for the Toton Link Road which would bring £40 million worth of extra investment into Broxtowe and how the bid can be improved for future rounds.
