Today is Commonwealth Day 2022. Comprising of the United Kingdom and 53 independent countries from around the globe, the Commonwealth works together on our shared goals of promoting peace and democracy. I was delighted to attend a service at Westminster Abbey this afternoon to mark the occasion.
As the Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to the Commonwealth Countries of the Caribbean, I have seen first hand the importance of encouraging trade and close ties between all member countries.
